*Membership ongoing until cancelled. If you choose to cancel before the 1 year minimum term, Brooklyn West reserves the right to charge an early termination fee of $95 to cover administrative costs. Cancellations must be in writing at least 10 days ahead of the next shipment. Refunds will not be issued after a club release has been charged.
