By enrolling in one of our wine clubs, Wine Club Members agree to a one-year minimum membership term from the date of sign-up. If you choose to cancel your membership prior to that, an administrative fee of $95 will be charged to your account. After one year, memberships may be canceled at any time, in writing, prior to the processing of the next club selection. It is the responsibility of the member to cancel prior to the processing of payment. Paid club selections will not be refunded. Brooklyn West reserves the right to modify your membership at any time.
